• Returns will be only accepted within 30 days from the purchase date
• If the item is defective upon arrival, the customer has up to 30 days from the purchase date to receive an exchange or a full refund
• If you have ordered the incorrect item, the customer will cover return and additional shipping costs to have the correct item resent out
• There is a 20% Restocking fee for all refunds which includes (A change of mind, incorrect item ordered or if you are not satisfied with the product) to cover our postage and admin fees
• We will not accept returns that has been used, not placed back into the original packaging or showing cosmetic wear on the product and packaging.
