Installation

Installation Requirements

• Installation and connection of your Zip HydroTap must be carried out by a qualified person, observing national and local regulations.
• You will require suitable mains electrical and drinking water connections, plus waste water drainage all within 1.5 metres of the product.
• Discrete cabinetry cut outs are required for airflow. 40mm minimum clearance on cupboard base overhang required otherwise alternative installation options are available.
• Installation on most bench tops is straightforward however some stone bench tops may require a specialised cutting service.
• If you live in a hard water area, we recommend installation of a Zip scale filtration kit.

• Returns will be only accepted within 30 days from the purchase date
• If the item is defective upon arrival, the customer has up to 30 days from the purchase date to receive an exchange or a full refund
• If you have ordered the incorrect item, the customer will cover return and additional shipping costs to have the correct item resent out
• There is a 20% Restocking fee for all refunds which includes (A change of mind, incorrect item ordered or if you are not satisfied with the product) to cover our postage and admin fees
• We will not accept returns that has been used, not placed back into the original packaging or showing cosmetic wear on the product and packaging.

• Orders generally gets dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from Sydney.
  
• Estimated delivery time is anywhere between 2 to 7 business days, this can take longer if the location is in a rural area.
• Our primary courier services use is Sendle & Australia Post.
• Tracking details can be viewed in your purchase history when the item has been sent.
• We will not be held responsible if the parcel has been delayed lost or damaged during transit, the customer will require to lodge an enquiry through the courier service or through KDAC.

• Warranty will not be covered if the installation has not be installed by a licensed electrician.
